How do I create an account on Prep2gether?

Getting started is simple and takes less than a minute:

1️⃣ Tap the Menu Icon (☰) on the top-left corner of the Store screen
2️⃣ Select Login / Register from the menu
3️⃣ Click on Sign Up
4️⃣ Enter your Email ID and set a Password
5️⃣ You’re all set — welcome to Prep2gether 🎉

How to use Access Codes on Prep2gether?

To unlock your course using an Access Code, please follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Create an account and log in to the Prep2gether app
2️⃣ After logging in, tap the Menu Icon (☰) on the top-left of the Store screen
3️⃣ Select My Courses from the menu
4️⃣ On the My Courses screen, tap the Gift Icon 🎁 on the top-right
5️⃣ Enter your Access Code and confirm🎉 That’s it!
The respective course will be instantly added to your My Courses section.

How to take a Course on Prep2gether?

Once you’ve purchased a course or successfully redeemed an Access Code, the course will be automatically added to your My Courses section.To begin learning:

1️⃣ Go to My Courses
2️⃣ Tap on the Course Image
3️⃣ The course opens instantly — start learning right away 🚀

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

Resetting your password is quick and easy:

1️⃣ On the Login screen, tap Forgot Password
2️⃣ Follow the instructions provided
3️⃣ A new password will be sent to your registered email address
4️⃣ Use the new password to log in to the app

Please try the following checks:

1️⃣ Make sure you are logged in using the same email ID that was used to purchase the course or redeem the Access Code
2️⃣ Navigate to the My Courses section and check if the course appears there
